What products can't I return?

Overview of return restrictions

At Huisbest.nl you can return almost all products within 14 days.
However, some items are subject to legal and practical return restrictions.
These products can not be returned, unless they are at delivery damaged or incorrectly delivered.

Items excluded from return:

1. Customized or personalized products
   Think furniture specially customized to your needs, or products with personalized engraving.
2. Perishable goods or products with limited shelf life
   For example, food, flowers and other products that spoil quickly.
3. Hygiene and health sensitive items
   Such as earrings, cosmetics, personal care items, mouth caps or underwear, whose seals have been broken after delivery.
4. Products whose seals have been removed
   For example, CDs, DVDs, software, cartridges or other media and accessories.
5. Digital products and downloads
   Digital content or software that is delivered immediately and for which you have agreed to direct delivery.
6. Items inseparably mixed with other products
   Such as paint, building materials or liquids that are mixed.
