Return Policy

We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Should you still wish to return, please find below our full return policy. We follow the return conditions as required by law within the EU and coordinated with our logistics partner(s), including BigBuy.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to place your order within 14 days after receipt revoke without giving any reason.

After the withdrawal notice, you have another 14 days time to return the product.

Because we work with third-party vendors (such as BigBuy), the return address may vary by product. Therefore, always wait for our return instructions Before sending anything back.

Important:
Returns sent to the correspondence address in Groningen without consultation, cannot be processed automatically. Any additional costs will then be at your own expense.


3. Return in case of a defective product

Is your product defective or damaged upon arrival? Please report this as soon as possible via: info@huisbest.nl.

If the defect falls under the warranty, we will offer an appropriate solution such as replacement, repair or a free return.


4. Condition of the product / Impairment

You may view and evaluate a product as you would be allowed to do in a physical store.

Impairment:
Wanneer het product beschadigd is of verder gebruikssporen bevat dan nodig voor die beoordeling, kan waardevermindering worden doorberekend.

If reasonably possible, we ask that you return the product in its original packaging.


5. Cost of return

Return costs are the customer's responsibility unless:

  • the product is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered
  • we have indicated otherwise in writing

We recommend always sending returns with track & trace.


6. Refund

We will pay the full purchase price including standard shipping costs within 14 days of reporting your return terug, mits het product ontvangen is of je hebt aangetoond dat het is verzonden.
