When will I receive a refund on my return?

Refund after return
Have you already paid for your order and are returning something? The return processing takes a maximum of 14 days. We will refund you as soon as possible. This is done within 14 business days at the latest, where we may wait until we receive your return.

Are you using postpayment with Riverty in 14 days? Riverty automatically deducts the return amount from your invoice and sends you a custom invoice with payment link. That way, you only pay for the items you actually keep.

If you have returned items after 14 days, please pay the full outstanding balance to Riverty first to avoid additional charges. Once we have processed your return, Riverty will refund you within 5 business days.

Gift Card
Have you returned an item that was (partially) paid for with a gift card? Then you will get this part back as Huisbest credit, with a new code. Your credit is in My Account. You can use your credit on your next order. Did you use a discount code? Then you will only be refunded the amount you paid for the items.
