Would you like to return an item? Simply report your return using the form below. After completing the form you will receive a confirmation and the correct return instructions.

You have the right to revoke your order up to 14 days after receipt, followed by another 14 days to return your product.

After notification, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days, provided we have received the product or you have demonstrated that it was shipped.

Notice: Always wait for our return instructions. Because we work with outside suppliers, the return address may vary from product to product.

Important:
Returns sent to the correspondence address in Groningen without consultation cannot be processed automatically. Any additional costs will then be at your own expense.
