When will I get my money back?

At Huisbest.nl, we make sure you have as soon as possible your money back once your return has been processed.
We understand that you don't want to wait for this, which is why we keep clear deadlines.

Payout periods

• Within 14 days Upon receipt and approval of your return, we will issue a refund using the same payment method you used to make the payment.
• Did you with iDEAL paid? Then the amount is usually within 1-2 business days back into your account.
• At credit card payments it may take 3-5 business days for it to show up on your statement.
• Payments through Klarna or other after-payment services are processed according to the terms and conditions of the respective provider.

Exceptions

• If you return incomplete or damaged is, the processing time may be longer.
• At exception products (see What products can't I return?) there is no refund possible.
• If there is fraud investigation or ambiguities in the order, refunds may be temporarily delayed.
