The baking pan is made of coated steel (carbon steel) with a thickness of 0.8 mm and has an anthracite non-stick coating on the inside and outside. This not only helps with unloading, but also with the cleaning. The springform pan is dishwasher safe, although the manufacturer recommends hand-washing to keep the nonstick coating looking nice longer. For extra security, lightly grease the rim before use. And leave it on after bins cool first.
