With this Baumalu bread and brioche mold, you can bake a nice, even loaf at home without the hassle. The sliding lid helps create a tight top, ideal for soft bread or a firm brioche. At 21 x 12 x 11.2 cm, it's perfect for small to medium loaves, but also handy for cake or pate-like bakes.<\/p>\n

The mold is made of carbon steel with a PFOA-free non-stick coating, so the heat is well distributed and your baking will release easily. There are three ventilation holes in the bottom that support air circulation for even cooking. Use the lid during the bins<\/a> for a nice rectangular loaf, or bake without the lid when you want extra rise.
